    Emma is an expert in research and communications, with over 20 years experience.

    Emma has supported a broad range of clients through her work with companies including the Discovery Channel, the BBC, the EU, Australian Geographic and Omerli Cohen PR.

    Highly adept at interpreting information and understanding issues in the context of commercial strategy, Emma loves applying her skills in an area which means so much to her: sustainability and co-founded The Happy Ocean Company.

    Having gained a degree in Zoology at the University of Sheffield, Emma is never happier than when surrounded by nature.

  • Sally Cornelius

    Sally is an experienced leader, with specialist skills in business development.

    Sally set up her first business in 2006, helping community leisure organisations implement commercial strategies.

    Since then, Sally has co-founded The Happy Ocean Company, worked as a freelance consultant for Enovation Consulting, Global Sustainable Sport and Pledgeball and acte as a Non-Exec Director for the British Association for Sustainable Sport. Currently, Sally is managing the sustainability & engagement strategy for Dukes Education.

    Sally has also completed a gamekeeper course in South Africa and a marine biology programme in Madagascar.

  • Bethan Pugh

    Before diving into the world of consultancy, Bethan built a diverse career across different sectors.

    Using her rounded skillset, she has been responsible for creating strategies across multiple departments including operations, sales, marketing, branding, acquisitions and recruitment to improve both market share and profitability.

    Bethan co-founded the consultancy business, YourPact, working with clients including the Eden Project, the Jockey Club and Arsenal F.C to achieve commercial, environmental or social impact goals.

    Bethan is also a qualified Master Personal Trainer and she has a passion for sport. She advocates using sport’s platform for mental, social and environmental benefits.
